How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are sent by 1st Class via Royal Mail Signed For®. We aim to deliver your products to you within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email which will include all your tracking information. You can also log back into your account to access all your relevant delivery and tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. At check out you will have the option to select international delivery.
We aim to deliver to Europe within 3 to 5 working days and the rest of the world within 6 to 7 working days.
What is your refund policy?

If I use your's hair product more often will it work faster?
No. Your hair won’t grow any faster or better if you apply it more than twice a day and you could be causing more damage then good when overusing any hair, skin or beard care product
Why do I get razor bumps and ingrowing hair?
Ingrown hairs and razor bumps are caused when products and methods are used that were not designed for black men or men with coarse and curly hair. Properly shaving with high quality products and tools designed for you helps reduce the risks of getting razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
Hairs cut beneath the skin can grow back in a slightly different direction and can consequently burrow into your skin. Coarse or curly hair needs to be cut cleanly and at the skin level to avoid this.
Will your product stop my hair turning grey?
No, our products will not change the colour of your hair. You will need to use hair dye to achieve this result
